Not sure what the issue may be but after being in the app for so long, after so many pages the app tends to slow down. Very irritating.

Credit card declined
Recently I applied for a JCPENNEY Master card and I was given temporary numbers to use my card until I received my new card. I tried to order online and was declined. I called Customer Service and was told I could use that temporary card only in store. If we had a store I wouldn't need to shop online however we do NOT have a store. Next lady tells me to wait for my regular card I told her the sale would be over Guess who is pretty upset

Shipping stinks
I was told my order would be shipped in 2 packages. One was to arrive Friday and the other on Monday. Now I am being told the Friday package will be delivered Tuesday and the Monday shipment with arrive Friday. So disgusting having to wait so long. One of the items was needed for Monday. Now I have to make other plans. 😡😔 Shipping needs big improvements. I do not have a store close enough to shop in or I would.

Terrible, I ordered a gift for daughter's birthday to take to her. Now I have no gift to take on Saturday the 16th. It was advertised as receiving on Thursday the 14th. I'm very upset. Now I'm getting a report that it will not be in Charleston till Monday the 18th

Credit limit decreased
my personal credit dropped but never missed a payment or been late but my limit went from originally $700 limit to $0 as much as I love JC Penny I won't ever shop there again Rashawn Jackson
