Late fees
A 41$ dollar late fee I do all my business online and Payment of statement balance and apparently still a late fee

If it says a product is available in store.. I would expect it to be available same day for pick up, as stated. Only after you place the order, then it's suddenly delayed. Very disappointing.

Items not properly checked before shipping
Usually I do not have a problem with JCP shipping , but on the order I just received the security tag was still on one item. As is a holiday gift and Christmas is close, I tried unsuccessfully to remove it. As a result the item is now junk and I had to order another. Please insure security tags are removed on shipped items!!! This was the height of frustration for me!!!

This app is not reliable. Login incorrect over and over. Pages not loading then throwing you out of the app. Problems checking out. I get the message "unable to connect please try later" frequently. No other app has problems at the time so its not a connection issue on my side. Anyway, it's not worth the aggravation especially when you loose discounts once you are able to login either because the sale ended or the item is no longer available.

I have been a JCPenny credit card holder since 2008. I have always paid my bill. I attempted to charge on my card with no success. I called customer service and found my credit limit has been reduced from $700 to $100. I had no notice of the change. I was told it was several reasons. This last year I have dealt with Breast Cancer and destruction from Hurricane Milton so yes things are a bit off when looking at credit. When did JC Penny become a store who doesn't care about people!

Was given an attitude because I couldn't park in the designated parking spots. As a pain customer don't appreciate it. I can't help what other people do. They parked that designate the sports for Daisy Penney's, so I couldn't. He canceled my order in my face and didn't have a problem with it. So I had to reorder again, very annoying and rude.It's hot out here

I paid over $200 for 2 sets of queen sheet sets because it led me to believe they were satin. They are 55% cotton and 45% poliester. They should have cost $35 to $40 each set.
