Website not loading, poor support
Website does not load the majority of shoes. Only get a blank screen and a „forbidden“ message. Support is not helping at all and just saying ‚try it a little bit later‘. You cannot buy on telephone. What a bad experience!

Very bad app I have a lot of trouble using it after ordering my account disconnected automatically and I can no longer access it I can't put forgotten password because of a bug of the app I strongly advise against it

Well for French speakers
So the app is not too bad overall, the big negative point if you are French speaking and you don't speak a word of Dutch, is that half of the app is translated into French but not the other (e.g. the Men/Women/Child menus, the clothing categories Sweater/Pants/Jacket/etc...) which makes the task tedious when you are looking for something specific, And what makes it so that I never use the app because to do a search for a specific garment, I find myself doing a 10min search just to find the right category.

size charts don't help you understand how their sizing works. I would expect to be able to define the clothing sizes using the comprehensive size charts provided. but cant🧐
