here's the problem. I get a confirmed rate and then I'm told the insurance carrier raised the rate by $100 bucks!! I have had a perfect driving record for 40 years! I went directly to the same insurance carrier and got a much lower rate. I was going to buy insurance through jerry but don't trust it now. I'm afraid I'm going to buy a new policy and then I get another notification my rate increased. this happened 3x now! this is an honest review by a real person.

app not loading. already tried troubleshooting. won't load even after putting my phone number in. keep closing and reopening no difference is made and just updated it.

Sold me an illegal policy and I had to pay the fees and fines for it.
What's the point in having a middleman if he's not going to use his expertise to keep you from driving around with a suspended registration because he sold you an illegal policy for your state? When I brought this up to customer service they said they wouldn't pay the fines and fees that I was stuck with after having to switch to a new policy. They just made a commission off two policies they sold me and still would pay the $70 bill I was stuck with for their mistake.

terrible app! I would give zero Stars if I could! At first they told me my car insurance was going to be $54 a month for full coverage and then they start requesting more information and it changes to $333 a month. that is three times more than I've been quoted by any other place what a waste of time!

gave the app another try, it works a little better still has some kinks, though. I kept adding uninsured motorists and other coverages, and then it showed me quotes without the stuff I added.... also showed me liability coverage when I specifically put full coverage which I need as my car is being financed.. this app realistically is overrated 3/5 at best, [name] over time, it actually showed quotes for less than why I'm currently paying with some what similar coverages.

App Error Sent Me Into Overdraft
First the app told me my current insurance was expiring and set to go up. If I did nothing, I would lose the insurance so I had to either agree to the increase or shop for new rates. I shopped, switched, and scheduled my old insurance to cancel. Fast forward - my old insurance was never cancelled. It shows pending cancellation on my page and when I click the link to sign a document to cancel, it only allows me to cancel the new insurance. Meanwhile, I was charged for both insurances, which put me overdraft and now I have no money to function until I get paid on Friday. I could not use customer service on the weekend - It is only open during my work hours. Even if they reverse the charges tomorrow, I will not see that money back in my bank account for 3-5 business days. I am literally screwed this week. Thanks for dropping the ball, Jerry. I will tell everyone about this experience whenever anyone at work asks me why I am not eating.

I received a quote and scheduled to cancel my current insurance all through here. When I called the place I received a quote with they had no idea what Jerry was . The quote also was an incorrect amount and they did not see anything in their system on my quote and scheduled cancellation. Do not trust this app as it is 3rd party.
