Very unstable
Constantly crashes especially when accessing from a notification. Can only book an holiday if I can actually find one which with its current state makes it impossible, don't want my money jet2?

No internet connection
The app does what it says on the tin, however when I go to the manage my bookings screen the app seems to think I don't have an internet connection. Not good!

Unrelated and unwanted messages
Constant unwanted and unrelated messages promoted meaning you have to look at the messages incase it has something to do with your trip - which they do not.

Malta Holiday.
In September, we took a trip to Malta via Jet2. We also have booked a hotel with them. I would like to write. The whole experience of the 10 days is excellent, but sadly it took one whole day in the hotel complex to get the room that we have paid for. I'm not so disappointed in the fact that we had to try hard to get a room but just to make a point of making an issue of writing it down and told us that they would get back in touch with us. Once we have returned back to England I phoned two or three weeks later, Jet2 and spoke to somebody that told me that I had to wait a certain period before communications could take place. We are now in the middle of November and we have not been contacted but we are being offered holidays as if we were very happy about travelling with them. This is our experience.

I consider that I am a loyal customer to Jet2 and book a holiday twice a year to Spain flying from Bristol Airport. Outbound was not too bad but the return was a nightmare. By experience I know that Jet2 always depart from Alicante Terminal B However for some reason this was change to Terminal Gate B32 which confused a lot of people. When I discover Gate B32 which can only be described as being ‘Tucked Away' around a corner, and having arrived one hour before the boarding time of 11:00 there was already one couple waiting at the actual gate so I joined the queue. Over the time the boarding area became a nightmare and it became a solid crowd of passengers as it was impossible to form a queue. Alas instead of boarding directly onto the aircraft it was down steps and people were arguing and jumping the queue while waiting for the bus transport to the aircraft. For some reason the aircraft left 20 minutes late, which had a ‘knock on effect' to our travel arrangements. Having arrived at Bristol Airport, mysteriously the Aircraft took us to the furthest point away from the Arrival Terminal (normal this is just a short walk after disembarking) There was Two Buses to transport passengers~~Alas we were one of many people who were not allowed on these two buses. Having asked way there was not enough transport provided I was told one bus had broken down and we would have to wait until Bus No 1 returned. However en route to the terminal there were quite a few buses parked-up!!!! THE RESULT WAS WE MISSED OUR FALCON COACH TO EXETER AND HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR. Certainly not impressed with the JET2 service this time around. The only way to describe the boarding operation of Jet2 at Alicante Airport was chaotic and staff running around like Headless Chickens. I also noted that NO DISCOUNT VOUCHERS WERE HAHED TO PASSENGERS THIS TIME AROUND? THE RESON I MENTION THIS IS BECAUSE AS A REGULAR TRAVELER ON JET2 THE DISCOUNT VOUCHERS HELPS. ANOTHER GRIP OF MINE IS HAVING BOOKED 2 SEPARATE HOLIDAYS WITH JET2 ~~~THEN I AM ASKED TO BOOK A HOLIDAY TO QUALIFY FOR A DISCOUNT 🤬
