Communication is unstable
Communication errors occur several times during the reservation process. I don't receive an email confirming the reservation. I don't receive a reservation number.

A user friendly app with future flight information pops up when you open the app. Help is available by clicking on Jess. The only information I would like to see on the personal app is a list of previous flights that I've done, for reference sake.

Good for half the trip
Booking a ticket on a phone is onerous - too many wordy “offers” and too much scrolling. All good once the ticket is booked!

The customer service and language are extremely bad compared to other companies. Although it varies from person to person, I want them to serve customers with the pride of being in the aviation industry. If they don't care about language or customer service because it's cheap, it can't be helped.

Unnecessary options are set by default, making purchasing difficult. Airport fees and payment fees should be clearly stated from the beginning or included in the ticket price. This app is intentionally difficult to use and the total amount is not clear until the end, which makes users distrustful.
