Feel free to travel... I'm lazy, but Jetstar made me think so. Thanks for a day trip to Tokyo. Visiting the grave. I am truly grateful for the memorial service. However... Yesterday I continued to use my passcode and it was locked by mistake, and even though I was able to log in after that, I can't access only flight search and reservations. Maybe it's seccularity, but I did everything I could, but I couldn't recover it. Anyway the search and purchase of flights refused. No problems with tours and hotels. As many people say, it seems that it is too difficult to escape from the problem. Good news, by the way! If you log in in Instagram, it will work as usual, and you will be able to confirm reservations, search, and purchase! Riddle. And three days later, it was revived. Riddle...

Cannot even sign in
Apps front page kept juggling between the sign in page, auth page (failed to load), home page (signed in as guest), then I was kicked out and went back to the sign in page. Same with the website version.

Useless
App just takes you around in circles, then to the webpage. I've traveled around the world on multiple airlines and Jetstar is the only app where I've had difficulty. Don't bother with it, just get your boarding pass printed at the desk and save yourself the hassle.
