Will not work without location services
Installed and tried to use at local store. App would not load coupon without location services or login. I just wanted to buy a hot dog without being spied on.

Clip this!
The clipping system is ridiculous. It only works about half the time, and NEVER works in store unless you connect to their spotty and unsecured wi-fi, which I am unable to use due to security settings on my phone through my employer. If you think I'm just going to buy stuff full price because this doesn't work you're VERY wrong. Hello Mariano's!

Broken & Messy
Constant errors and just (barely) functional enough to get the job done as sloppily as possible. You cannot change your order. You cannot cancel your order. The search function is broken. If it glitches on your payment, you need to restart your phone to fix it. A dumpster fire. If I didn't need to use it for certain items, I would trash it completely.

Suggestion
It would be nice to have an option to click on all the weekly ad deals. Somehow, I seem to miss something and need to take up the service desk's time. The deals are great!

DELIBERATE FRAUD
Nonexistent digital coupons ONCE is a mistake. CONSTANT signage for nonexistent coupons is clear and deliberate fraud. Oh, it just started today… and now that the entire week has come and gone with no coupon? Oh, it's another item… odd that the sign is on THIS item, says this item, doesn't exist when tag scanned, item scanned, item searched, item brand searched, entire list of “deals” viewed. FRAUD.

Beware of online shopping
I put in an order from their online shopping app and everything you could possibly imagine going wrong went wrong. 4 different issues. Overcharged by nearly $20 and their chat service refused to fix it. So aggravating and annoying. Especially, when you work 7 days a week and relied on them for the convenience and stress free process. I will be canceling my membership and consider shopping at Mariano's for not fixing their mistake.

Not user friendly! One person places our orders and others pick it up. Some stupid admin took the numbers off the signs making it impossible to use this service. It sometimes takes 20 minutes just to check in.

C'mon man. Really? I want to buy groceries from the store down the street, not some random company I have never heard of. The filter options are also SIGNIFICANTLY lacking. Please add the product category. Each brand can have LOTS of different products. I recommend you hire a group of 100 people to test out this app. It was fine years ago, and you somehow ruined it.
