Great sandwiches and fairly fast for downtown Nashville. I did wait once out of the four times I've ordered for 45 minutes on delivery. Overall a good experience.

Doesnt allow some sandwiches to get toasted (cubano). Also much higher chance for them to mess up order when ordered from the app. Never have i actually gotten what I ordered when using the app. Just order in the store if you can

Awful rewards.

8 orders and your reward is a bag of chips or a pickle? Food is good but the value isn't there to make me come back in any frequency.

App is not intuitive and regularly deletes my customizations of sandwiches without warning. I end up getting standard, uncustomized sandwiches. Constantly disappointed. Location setting is not intuitive. Rewards are few and far between.

I downloaded this app because we got a new JJ in our area. The app won't even sign me in so I can use my rewards. I had to log in to their website. It worked when I initially started using it before I got a reward now it won't. Yes, I have checked to see if it's updated, yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and yes, I have cleared the cache. Fix your app.

Used the app one time. Took about three times as long to get food order versus just waiting in a really long line. Lesson learned.

I love being able to order on the app! My one complaint is that if something is out of stock, it is not listed on the app. So sometimes I have a reward for something and cant use it. It should allow a substitution or an extension on the reward.
