Used to love the app, but I'm unable to sign in with my Pixel 8 Pro, so I can't even order anymore. Trying on the website just opens in the app, so I literally have to uninstall the app in order to make an order.

App is borderline unusable in Android 15 because the top and bottom system bars overlap the app. Cannot save order customizations because of it.

Used to be a fantastic app, and it still is except for since Android 15, some of the UI is covered up by the system navigation bar on the bottom on the Pixel Fold if using three button navigation. This has caused me to stop getting Jimmy Johns until this issue is resolved

Used to be a reward every 2 items and it was cool when it was a small sandwich or a side but then it was chips for a while and that sucked. Now they want you to buy 7 damn items before you get anything as a reward. Kinda ridiculous.

Suddenly, past few days, can no longer add a gift card as a payment option to check out. Very buggy. Shame, cuz it used to be great.

the order buttons at the bottom and top of app is not compatible with my google phone was going to order dinner for a quick pick up and no luck with app

At times the app has worked great & makes ordering / reordering easy. At times the app is glitchy & prevents ordering. The borders of the app sometimes extend too far so the options to confirm selections overlap with the navigation buttons of Android. This prevents me from confirming any selections for an order. The same happens at the top of the screen, putting the "Cart" button mixed with the status bar & unselectable. Hopefully an easy fix, or will keep steering me to Door dash 🤷🏻‍♂️

Only allows 3 drink options... coke, diet coke, and sprite. So any time I want to order with someone who wants another drink we need to order at the restaurant. But then restaurant orders don't link to the rewards so I'm not earning rewards like I should. Really needs to be fixed!
