Now it's a robot that answers us, I have a problem with my cash back, which still represents 40€ I don't know about you but for us it's not negligible. No way to contact support, I was answered once and after the conversation was closed. I've already had problems with the cash back, but when we could contact a team it went really well and we always found a solution. I had the possibility to order on another site because the product without cash back was cheaper, but now I don't even have the possibility to return my product. Extremely disappointed, to believe that as soon as there is cash back beyond 2€ everything is done so that we are nothing.

I took a voucher but no qr code so Good not usable. I'm annoyed, especially when I arrive at the checkout and can't pay with it... then 20 euros so it's not nothing... Is there anything you can do to fix this? repayment?

Exchanges are very complicated with customer service when the answer arrives I answer immediately and it takes at least 24 hours to respond. The worst thing is that for a claim, I've been bringing the additional documents requested for a week and each time you need something else! It's tiring I think going to Coupert is simpler and faster.
