Interesting and rather well-made application, but... But all means seem good to not touch your cashback. I have been using the application for more than 5 years now, I think I have had time to form a solid opinion, and I am thinking of uninstalling it. There is ALWAYS a reason that seems to justify not touching your cashback, even when you do things properly: you probably did not validate the cookies, oops we pretend not to see, etc. Too bad and very annoying

Misleading commercial practice
Go ahead and register your accounts, make your cashbacks, then one day they will delete your bank accounts from the application and then you will sit on your cashbacks. More than €1,500 of invoices which should have given the right to 5%. Never received the 5%. They explain to you that the bank account was deleted by their system and then they close your request. This application is misleading, go there at your own risk.

Deadline to receive cashback
Interesting app but be patient to receive the cashback... we are on 4 month delays (with Sosh for example) despite having a date to receive the cashback, the extension delay as soon as we reach this date... disappointing

You should add a bank because my daughter wanted to put her card but there is no bank for pixpay, it's a shame.

Online offers are tempting but it is not the case. You go through their browser extension, Joko does not detect it and when you make a claim you are told that there is no proof of this use. It is crazy. To be avoided for online offers.

Big scam, they tell you to order via the link and you receive nothing, the help service confuses you, asks you for a ton of supporting documents and when you give them they ask you again for 50 scam, run away
