Too much duplicate service charge!! This morning 25/01/2025, charged the credit card ฿349, which is the VIP fee for 3 months. What should be is that the VIP will be extended to month 4, but this is not it. It has been like this since November of last year. Now the VIP is at month 10/2025. What kind of automatic renewal is this? I renewed in advance of the advance. The credit card did not refund me. Who else can I complain to? It's so annoying.
