Not a friendly app, trying to link aeroplan & Journie together. I phoned your head office they said I have to do on line. Not easy

The app used to be great because the rewards were great. You used to get free stuff. Now you get vouchers (e.g. $2 off a snack) but you have to spend at least $2 dollars pre-tax to redeem a coupon which applied post-tax. Disappointed.

Negative experience overall.
Poor customer service when reached out to and policies. They don't maintain their equipment by any means.

This was a fun app before. Now the rewards are garbage. Free stuff was good and fun for a treat. Now who wants $2 off of stuff. Not worth going into the store anymore

Latest UI is a step backwards and the new rewards no longer encourage me shop here. We have gone back to our old brand with better loyalty rewards. Too bad, I did like the dedicated premium pumps

Car wash app is absolutely trash. Won't load, or ignores passes. I have to uninstall and reinstall app ever time. POS.

Used to be good rewards with free items to choose. Now it give $2 off to the items I never buy from a store. I will be switching my gas purchase to a different store now.

Twice now I have accumulated 300 points to activate my $0.07 /liter discount. An hour later when i log in to check my rewards the points are missing and I didn't get my discount.
