Inconsideration for Inmates
I find it interesting how I can never send money to my loved ones or buy them things without the app saying there's an error. Why does this app only work on its own accord???

App Won’t Open
I'll send messages, I'll send pictures, I'll close the app and try to reopen it and it just sits on the loading screen till a timed out error pops up and it won't go away unless I restart my phone completely. Obnoxious. The ONLY app on my phone that does this. I have great internet, no shortages in my area and during these times this app is the only one effected. Fix it, it's been nearly a year of this and I'm fed up.

Every time i try to send money it says it's times out. I can't send money through JPay app but can add funds to Securus app. They are the same company

App is ok, but website keeps logging me out literally every time I click on something. No exaggeration. Clicked on a different name to email and it signed me out. Too much

All of a sudden I can not send photos attached to my messages it tells me file not supporte. I ever tried to send a picture I just sent last week.

Slow and glitchy takes long time to load messages at times. But easy to use & stay in constant.
