baked "fries", obviously oven cooked and not actually fried. instructions ignored, requested delivery at 12, turned up at 11:30. very disappointed.

Terrible wish I hadn't used them again McDonald's my way forgets full meals out orders and when you go to get help it's just eat that decides wether to give your money back as restaurant takes nothing to do with it,I stopped using before for same issue the don't refund you yes they keep your money for goods not received,so please try get a direct app to the restaurants that way you don't get robbed by these scammers

Rubbish never use! Not only do they get your order wrong all the time but your food is also always cold and they have the cheeks to charge us for using just eat app, anyone who orders from just eat is a plonker. I ordered 2 meals and a burger and what I got was a cold burger that I didn't order and cold medium chips with 2 juice, I can't get anyone from to help with my order and McDonald's don't want to help, I have been offered part of my money back but this does not include the service charge.
