why do you need to charge extra on the food price then add a service charge and a delivery charge it's a bit of a joke

Charged me 17 pounds and then refused to refund me as the restaurant was "for collection" when nowhere did it mention collection prior to payment, absolutely horrendous customer service for a so called "delivery" app.

I just want to say how evil your delivery driver uis....I left in a high rise and he left my food at the main door and said he gave me...and u guys refuse to refund me and I didn't get my food....

No matter what restaurant you order from, it'll take about an hour and a half to get here. Don't bother. Get UberEats.

one item was missing (have yet to receive a message to that end) Delivery chap could have been a bit more friendly, but then again, I'm guessing they don't get paid much, and have to deal with people like me, complaining all day. 80% positive is a fair score tho, I reckon. Thanks.

Garbage in South Bristol. Said delivery would be 30mins to an hour. Two hours later and it's still expected in an hour or so. And there's no way to cancel when they misadvertise. No recourse for the consumer either. Just "too bad". No way to even cancel on the app.
