Pirates who extend the call so that the return period passes when you have a problem, even if 2 minutes have passed since the order... he put me on hold and told me that the deadline for the return had passed... A blast come on... why don't you go and report someone for 20€... But they deserve it

NEVER GOT MY FOOD
I ordered my food from black sheep coffee at 15:00 2 hours later at 17:00 it kept saying the delivery is estimated at 17:30 and it kept going up by 5 mins until it was 18:00 where the food place was closing by then, apparently the courier tried to contact me "several" times when he never did and now they are refusing to give me back my money. This is a scam never order from here they take your money away and don't deliver your food and refuse to give a refund disgusting and unbelievable.

Worst app
Disastrous service, they continue in the twelfth century B.C. It has happened to me several times that my order never arrives because they do not have delivery people. I am not ordering for free again!!

Refund Policy Changes for the Worse
Have used the app for a long time with no issues however recent changes in policy to how refunds are processed have forced me to stop using the app and leave this review. Previously, when items were missing from the order, a choice was given for a refund or a credit. Recently this has been changed and even when requesting a refund an account credit is provided. If you then request a refund as originally stated you receive a response saying that once a credit has been added it can't be removed. I presume this is a way of keeping you tied to the account as you then have to use the service again in order to use the credit. Just use another app. There's plenty of good choices that Just Eat isn't needed.

The application is bad, it gets caught, it often makes you remove an ingredient from a dish to be able to order it and in other dishes it does not give you the options that it does on other platforms. The worst thing is that the customer service is undoubtedly disastrous and non-existent, and if you get something, it means that you get your money back for an order within days. I don't know how many complaints I have already put to them. Personally I am not coming back, I have just deleted account and deleted the app after years of use.

I placed an order at 2:50 p.m.; and it would tell me that he would arrive at 3:50 p.m. At 3:45 p.m. I looked at it in the app and it said that my delivery time had changed "slightly", putting 5:50 p.m. as the new time. I call the restaurant and they tell me it's a Just Eat thing. I proceed to call customer service at 4:00 p.m. and they tell me that in half an hour they will bring it to me. Ten minutes later, another person from Just Eat called me to confirm that time again. At 4:50 p.m. my order is canceled. You are scoundrels

In the case of supermarkets, delivery people bring what they want. A shame. There's no way to talk to anyone ever. They do not update stock in the app.

Terrible experience 2 hours to bring me food from a restaurant that is 5 minutes at most from my house. It's the only fast food app I've had this problem with, as well as constantly increasing the estimated wait time when it reaches a low number.

Late and badly... I've been waiting for more than an hour for something to arrive that is 5 minutes from my house. I have paid a VERY EXPENSIVE shipping so that my order arrives at 9:15 p.m. and it is 9:50 p.m. and no one has come. On top of that, I have to call myself to complain and they don't even return the shipment even if it is. RUBBISH.
