While the app is easy to use and is convenient. When there is an issue with the delivery and asking for refund. It's so hard to do. Contact us option is not available. For an app there's not even a chat option. Quick go take your money but when things go wrong they make it hard to process a complaint.

I recently placed an order through JustEat, but the experience was extremely disappointing. After confirming the order on the app, the courier showed up with two separate bags and two separate receipts. I was initially confused, but I quickly realized that it was a technical error: the app had duplicated the order without my consent. As a result, I found myself paying twice for the same order. Despite my explanations, the courier insisted that I accept both orders. I contacted customer service immediately to resolve the issue. The operator gave me an email address to send all the necessary proof, including screenshots of the app and transactions. After completing the process, my claim was rejected and I was denied a refund. Basically, JustEat made a technical error, charged me twice as much, and refused to correct the situation. This behavior, which borders on scam, has made me lose faith in the platform. Not only did I pay twice as much for a simple poke bowl, but I also had to throw away the second order – spoiled at the end of the day – since I was in the office and couldn't keep it. This experience has taught me that I will never use JustEat again. I prefer to go to other delivery services or, better yet, order directly from restaurants. If necessary, I will gladly go for a walk or bike ride to avoid similar inconveniences and save money unnecessarily. In a competitive market such as delivery, reliability and respect for the customer should be a priority. JustEat, in this case, failed on both fronts.

App is good but and service is better than main competitor. But, when food items are missing they take days to respond then expect you to still have the food to take a picture for evidence. Also, extra charges ridiculous. Prices are inflated anyway compared to instore or companies own websites then they add high service charge, bag fee and delivery fees.

App is shocking, no where near as good as Deliveroo. I ordered kfc a week or so ago just using website, after a 9 minute conversation with someone who barely spoke English I got a cold dinner. I decided to download app, not user friendly. Trust me people. Deliveroo is much better.

Without fail whenever I order and try and apply a voucher code…it isn't applicable Massive con!

When everything works this app is great. But when things go wrong, the app denies any responsibility. I had a pizza delivered that was freezing cold and had been transported on its side so all the topping had fallen off. Just eat said it wasn't their problem, not a lot of help!

I waited hours for my order, and the estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back repeatedly. To make matters worse, there was no option to cancel the order, even after waiting for hours. And previously, i was charged for canceling after waiting for hours and restaurants did not even accept the order. Customer support was nonexistent—there was no way to get help or even a proper update on the status of my order. This level of service is frustrating and disappointing. Won't using it ever again. Also order same item today from deliveroo, order arrived even before estimated time and few out of stock item was refunded automatically into account did not even had to contact anyone..
