This app does fraud
I've been ordering from just eat for a while but I've recently had to delete it due to their refund policy becoming fraudulent. I understand that people take advantage of refunds but that does not mean that they should deny every refund request after a certain amount of orders especially when the service is such poor quality. It feels like once restaurants see that the order is from just eat they forget how to read, I once received two drinks instead of the meal I asked for and upon asking for a refund was denied even with photographic evidence. I had to report them to my bank in order to get a refund, the only benefit to this delivery service is that it is cheaper than the others however the price is slowly climbing even though service is remaining the same. If I were you I would stick to Uber and Deliveroo, in fact I'd rather walk to my restaurant of choice and buy food there then order through this company.

No Delivery
First order, a drink was missing and now the second order has been recorded as delivered when it wasn't. Honestly, it's ridiculous. You can't call up and have to wait up to 48 hours for a response. Absolute piss port service and app. Useless and advise on using Deliveroo as an alternative as they actually have better customer service.

This app is a joke
Not happy first time using this app and the time keeps changing randomly I placed an order said 45 minutes now it's saying 2 hours I will not be using just eat ever again such a joke

Worse
My experience so far isn't something I should be appreciating. I ordered and the order wasn't complete so I contacted the store I ordered from and they made me aware that the items were out of stock and that I should let justeat know so I could get a refund. I contacted them and they said no they WILL NOT refund me at all even though they knew the items were out of stock.

Bad bad
The worst food delivery company in the UK!!! 0 stars comparing to their competitors Deliveroo etc. delivery drivers keep stressing you out with calls to pick up your food from their location instead of delivering your food at your door!!?!???? Like don't you already have my address ???? Isn't that YOUR job to deliver my food to my door step????? Why stressing me with calls and won't even ring the door bell then return the order back??? What service is this???! SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have the nerve to not refund you money that u spend of food on, through a trusted app if order doesn't get delivered or if delivery time is continuously being pushed back and u can no longer wait, emotional distress trying to speak with customer service with their fake script telling lies that it's on its way when clearly it's not. I have screenshots of the conversation on their phoney script

Far too expensive
Just Eat are pricing themselves out the market, particularly with the 5% admin fee they now add on. Many places allow you to order direct, so this is far better, plus you often find the menu is cheaper, as Just Eat take too much of a cut from the restaurant. Just by googling the takeaway I wanted to order from today, found exactly the same food delivered for £29.50, which was £34.55 on Just Eat. Unfortunately I can't justify that cost, particularly with the lack of value Just Eat add to the order.
