The screen constantly gets confused & unresponsive

Nice but keeps losing my spot! + video blacks out. See also, request for features.
It's nice to have course materials in one place, including pdfs. However, watching a video, my spot gets completely lost if I pause and 1) lock the phone even for a minute (no other apps open), 2) pause to look at another app, e.g., to jot down a note. Fortunately there is scrubbing capability so I can fish around for where I was (if I can remember or have taken a screen shot!) Second issue: video blacks out after a while! Request for features: There should be some sorting capabilities. Finished courses could move to the bottom of the course list. In-progress could be at the top, and not yet started could be in between. Or if sorting is not possible, each course could show (without opening) whether it has been completed, is in progress, or has not been started.

Not user friendly
Hard to find things. Difficult to understand and not possible to follow instructions to leave. Poorly designed.

Great but same issue as already noted by others
Very helpful tool to put all these courses in one permanent place, but a little bit worrying that I'm having the same black screen issue that others noted months prior. Not sure how permanent this could be if the app isn't being maintained properly?

lagging, if you listen to something and go to another app, whole thing stops playing, you have return back to Kajabi, restart the video so it shows and plays again. Almost zero chance to cancel memberships on courses you pay monthly to. Can not do it on the app, if you go on website and forgot password, you won't receive reset your password mail, support is AI so yea, if you sign up for something good luck to cancel it or listen to it while doing something else on your phone

The user experience of the Samsung Tab S9 Plus is extremely bad. The menus get misconfigured, and the worst thing is that the videos remain active and there is no way to pause them without restarting the device, although this also usually happens on the iPhone 15. How bad!
