It's completely unacceptable that you are asked for bank details such as login details and a PIN if you want a Kaufland card in order to get a discount. Haven't heard of data protection? You must never and should never give out bank details. You should know that.

The app does not work in the part of the mother place for online orders. Payment is also not normal, who currently writes the card number into the form., are we perhaps in the last century? Really antediluvian approach

Nothing fancy, looks similar to the Lidl app, only here if you don't have a store close by that you can walk then it's not good. Coupons like spend 600 PLN to be able to buy a jar of spices, a can of cola, maybe there are purchases like 10/50 but they expire and you can't extend them like in other apps. Prices vary, often moldy vegetables, fruits like strawberries, the staff turns off the fridge and all the moisture leaks and they spoil faster. Sometimes specific sales, but standard prices are quite high.

I can no longer log in and the notes "E-MAIL" and "Password" in the input fields do not go away when I enter the login data.

There is a problem with the points, I had over 500, and it shows 268. When I open information about purchases, I can see all the points I have received from purchases and they are much more than what it shows me.

I have now tried several times to activate the payment function via my bank account. The transfer worked each time, but after entering the personal data an unexpected error always appeared. Then you have to start again from the beginning. It doesn't work at all and I'm losing interest. I'll probably delete the app again and shop elsewhere.

Unfortunately, you can't see when points expire in the app itself. You have to look through old emails until you find the relevant notification. I also don't have the option to donate points. I would like to donate points that would otherwise expire to a good cause. I actually prefer that to the option of getting a 2 euro discount for 20 points when I spend 30 euros. I liked donating points the most with Payback.
