I don't usually write bad review because I'm kind of the guy who always counts my blessings, not the bad ones. I'm saying this app is bad because of the following reasons: 1. No security (Just after opening KBZPay account, scammers were calling me, a lot of people who got scammed with this app) 2. Account barring and account termination with a lot of money in it is at their whims (I'm not pointing fingers at their so called government but it is their downright sucking up to them) 3. Service issues (hard to do transactions nowadays, hardly got time to check my inputs)

Le talk about on the new update of 23 oct enhanced secure, If we lost our old phone we can not login again so why put that feature I'm pretty sure I'm not the one stressing with this problem

Why is our version already the latest version? For example, the latest version is 5.8.0, why do we need to change the password to 5.8.1? It's really annoying.

Too many fraud & scammer call received. Scammer warned & scold people, threaten to freeze people's account. Total lack of security & make emotional distress to users. It used to be the best but now it turned worse. Scammers take over KBZ pay security already and it is way out of control, yet the KBZ didn't take effective actions on scammers' security breach via KBZ pay.
