This app scam people and took their money.

No privacy app and stole money from the users.

Money was stolen from the account without any security. The bank also does not take responsibility. It is an unreliable app. Scam app!

Dont buy gift cards they wont give you code just take your money and delete the transaction history

The worst mobile banking& pay app I have ever used. Without knowing anything about scamming case , my account was suspended. There is no responsibility for their service.

It's so bad right now, so people at KBZ Bank don't use KBZ Pay, right? It's inconvenient to use.

My friend made a transaction to me but money doesn't come to me. Very bad and untrusting app. I would never use this app again . Customer service call centre all busy every time and responses are very slow to their customers and staffs are very bad in servicing .

Using KBZ pay means you don't have to carry cash with you everywhere, you can work with just your phone. Simply put, you can deposit and withdraw money. I just want to know the notifications of incoming and outgoing money. Now, I get a lot of irrelevant announcements and promotions every day, which is quite annoying and frustrating. When I went to the department and told them, they just uninstalled it. It's really frustrating that notifications are sent daily.
