Coupons are a scam..!! They put a photo in the app and in the restaurant it's a completely different thing..!!!!

The ladies at the counter ignore the offers on the app even though the order is shown to them. We have had to generate a non-promotable order. Unacceptable and very rude treatment, they do not respond nor do they identify themselves. They do not provide any facilities to process a claim.

The promotions that appear in advertising are a farce. They say that a bucket of potatoes is available for 9.99 and it is a lie.

The app causes problems when paying and when you have a problem with the order, there is no good way to communicate with them so they can give you a solution. They don't answer the phone and when you send an email they don't respond. I've been waiting for a solution for an order that was placed incorrectly for over a week.

I ordered four mega vox and they didn't give me any fries when the menu says the burger, drink, fries, chicken strips and ice cream. This has happened to me three times and I didn't like it at all. I used to trust KFC but after this I stopped doing so.

The app gives many problems when placing the order

Everything is going well, but every time I try to place a home delivery order through the app, it tells me that there has been an error, and that the order could not be placed... I always have to do it on the computer, or on my mobile browser.

At KFC Chiclana, every time you order at the counter, even if there is no car behind you, they make you wait in the parking lot for about 15 minutes until they bring you the order, even ordering the order in advance through the app to avoid the wait means that they don't make you wait. Terrible drive-thru service.
