Skip the queue
The main reason why I buy online is to skip the queue.I pay than after an hour I go to collect however every time when I get there, I have to wait another hour to get my order which defies the purpose of skip the queue hence the low rating . So whether you buy online or not it's still the same you will still wait .

I used the app a few times. But the last 3 times when I want to pay, there is an error. I have un-installed and reinstalled but still have the same issue. This is very frustrating. Therefore the 1 star rating

It's a nightmare trying to place an order on this app. Every single time I need to process the card payment 3 or 4 times before it finally goes through and even have to completely close the app and reopen it to get the payment to succeed. Whoever built this app is the most incompetent developer in the world. Surely KFC can afford to pay for a civilized app to be built instead of a garbsgy web app masquerading as an Android app.

Useless app
Functionality is great, until you get the checkout. As soon as I try to pay it says whoops, there was an error. It also just hangs on my husbands phone. No point having an app that won't let you pay!
