The app provides no method to contact customer support. So there is no method to quickly get help with poor service.

For this day and age, this app is just not good. It cannot even do basic things other fast food apps can. Went to order a deal with sandwiches and you can't even customize the sandwiches. Why don't you hire someone with more than a basic knowledge of app coding and maybe you wouldn't face the problems I see in the comments.

Broken app. The button to make an account or sign in does literally nothing.

No wonder why KFC is going under They added an extra four dollars to their box. mine as well be saying. Come to Kentucky, fried chicken and get Kentucky fried, ripped off. I used to love to come to. Because at least you'll get $9 worth of food.

when trying to order the saucy nuggets, it won't let me pick which sauce I want. it automatically selects the Korean sauce when there are 3 flavors to choose from. because of this, I don't order them.

There is a major bug with this app. When ordering the 6 piece meal, if I order 2 of a side and upgrade them to a large side, the order sent to the store ends up with 1 large side and then another large random side As an example, I ordered the meal with 2 large mac and cheese. The store ended up giving me 1 large mac and cheese and 1 large mashed potato. The receipt provided by the store shows that what they made was correct, even though it's not what I ordered through the app.

Hitting "log in/sign up" does absolutely nothing

by far the worst experience I've ever been through, this was my first order I made online and then when I get to the place they don't even know the orders in place because they don't look it up and then I have to wait 30 minutes for my order before they give it to me and once I receive it it still wasn't right so now I paid $30 for a meal and had to wait 2 hours to get it and the only thing that was said to me was we are sorry so my experience was only worth a salary last time no more thank you
