the messaging service is not working well I have to go out and come back for the messages to be refreshed if I don't do that the messages do not display and the person thinks I am ignoring them

Good app but i get fast flicking, crash very often
The app after few scrolling become unusable. It flicks extremely fast with multi color (like 10 or 15 times per Sec. i have no choice to close the app and relaunch. I deleted the app , reinstall, i can use the app for some time, but the flicking will come back. I hope they can fix that because i like kijiji.

Good app for selling, not safe
Please add reviews for customers and buyers!! Some customers are suspicious and want to scam you. Some want your address then say they no longer want to get the item! Flag suspicious users for everyone's safety.

No customer support
Well its been 3 months since i reported multiple sellers constantly (multiple times a day) duplicating their posts and inappropriately cataloging items. I used the report feature multiple times and nothing happens. I reached out to customer support and was told the accounts would be monitored yet absolutely nothing has been done 3 months later. They continue to relist items daily with multiple reposts of the same junk and incorrectly categorized items posted. Thank you for your complete lack of caring and support. Thank you for stating this will be addressed with no action taken. I have been an active kijiji user for 8 years but today due to your lies and carelessness I am deleting my account and will no longer be supporting your platform. It has become tedious and frustrating to use something you can easily control if you actually did your job.

Awful App
The most recent update has ruined a once great place to buy and sell. I hate Facebook and so I have left market place. Hope Kijiji can improve

Lot of miss imho: cant save/share as pdf/html, only as url. website as print/pdf option (same facebook marketplace) In listing, have an indicator if favorite/bookmarked and if messages exchanged (eventually only recently/past month) option to mask/ignore/filter out some announces, mark duplicates option to reclassify. ex: appartment to room/colocation see bookmarks on map filter if restricted: student, female/male... short time rent Notifications are not working even if giving all permissions No options to annotate: single photo, no bedroom photo, vendor registered this year/no or limited sell activity notifications/alerts: list all matches and not just the new ones no absence message if unavailable for many days identify photo type (bedroom, bathroom, entrance, living...) and allow to customize/filter no search in messages

Kijiji let this spartan finance guy flood Kijiji daily with hundreds of ads for machines he doesn't even have he was reported to BBB many many times by individuals and they won't stop him bc of greed for his $ l guess we'll just use marketplace and delete the app it's useless now you cannot find anyone selling actual stuff
