Horrible programming
The programmers for this app are completely inept. They cannot program the simplistic sorting algorithm. Even if you tell the app to exclude delivery coupons, the 4th coupon on the list will be for delivery only. Utter trash. If I had a different option, I would use it.

Lists
Wish there was a way to add an item to multiple lists at a time & reorder items in lists- the alternatives are bit of a hassle. The rest of the app is very convenient :)

Useless for Finding Items
Get the simple things right!! There is no way to find items while is the store. Can't you put the aisle number for items in the cart?!? This app is ridiculously complicated and you can't even get the simple things like item location right! It's apparent this app was designed by someone who doesn't do the grocery shopping.

App crashes every single time I use it. Glitches. Removes items from the cart. Tells you there's an issue every time you go to checkout. Close app, reopen app. Issue. Repeat process 3 more times, and it finally works. For how much yall are up charging our groceries, you'd think spending a bit of your billions on app development would be somewhere in the schematics

Kroger driver delivered to wrong address without even checking online map. lost my whole order and no refund yet. it's been 3 days. I would get the groceries myself but I can't.

Approximately one out of three times I'm on the app I get a "Unable to Clip Coupon" message when trying to clip a digital coupon. It's maddening! Or, the app starts glitching and my cart will show zero items even though I've added several items. Then it will "glitch" again and the items return. The store is closer to my house than other grocery stores which is why I brave the app. I began doing delivery from Walmart. The app is phenomenal and way better than this one.

Works good IF I have mobile data service. Does NOT work 1 tiny bit if I don't have paid mobile data. King Soopers does not allow this or my phone's to connect to any wifi. This app does NOT work inside the store without paid data mobile service
