App does often not work
Updates are not fully loaded, need to relog in several times. Prices shown as ‘from EUR xxxx' on a particular date are not reflecting what really is available etc. In short, all services from KLM should improve. Soon.

When I click on the view boarding pass I get the screen check-in confirmation received by email. Very annoying.

I went back and took my money out of the chair because I couldn't choose dollars for my wife and then the trip became 1000 SEK more expensive! I'm platinum for life.

Great app I only have problems with making the boarding pass visible I often get the request to send an email instead of the boarding pass

2FA keeps giving errors in app. on desktop no problems. alternatively, email with pin to login takes at least 15 minutes to receive. very user-unfriendly.

Not working properly. Bording pass is not showing if clicking on it, in some cases it shows the email sending option and if click on it several times maybe once shows the QR code it is annoying if you are at the gate.

having to pay 300gbp plus for return seats in business class is hugely disappointing

After their policy and security update, logging in has become incredibly frustrating. The PIN code takes several minutes, only to fail, and even the authentication code doesn't work properly. This process is unnecessarily complicated and inefficient.
