Hello, Klondike Adventures. I would like to point out that there is a specific ad that keeps playing in the game about 99% of the time. Pressing that little triangle at the bottom of the ad does not help and neither does changing my ad preferences. Please help.

Good evening I have been trying since this afternoon to get 1650 energy points that I paid for. But I have not received it yet and this is already the 2nd time, last time it was 1250 points that I had paid for. But now I am really a bit disappointed and angry you pay for something but you do not get it Normally no problems with the other payments everything is nicely written off from my accounts And then you think then you go into the chat immediately it says that it is busy

I've been playing this game for awhile. I've been patient with the pace of the game. On this latest update they changed the way they let you spend gems for more energy. They now require you to spend 13 gems for 100 energy. What made you think this was ideal? I don't receive enough gems to make that work. I'm beginning to think I can't really progress any further in this game and may be deleting. Very disappointing.
