Scammers, I paid 10 euros for an e-SIM, as a result, it does not work, I had to buy an e-SIM already at the airport upon arrival in the country of my travel. There is no option to contact support, only answers to frequently asked questions. But there are no options for what to do if nothing works and how to get a refund for a service not provided

Almost a fraud
Be very careful about currency: if you are not reading all detailed faqs, you risk getting a bad surprise. If you are not using a specific payment method, you are forced to pay in a different currency and will pay a different price than you initially saw. I bought the JR Pass convinced to save some money looking at the price in EUR, then only at the very end, I found out that I paid in USD paying 50 EUR extra. You get no warning about that before you make the purchase and the excuse they told me was “It's written in the faqs”. Nevertheless in the receipt I have from Klook, there is still the original EUR price I saw, but I paid 50 EUR extra because they converted the amount into USD when I used PayPal for the payment. I am totally disappointed and probably will never use this app again, also warn everyone about this “conventional” payment method.

No-Show Refund
Does not live up to the hassle free process that they're claiming. It said 14 days for everything to get processed (does not include bank process) but it's been more than 2 weeks already since I have filed the claims for both of my trips which were cancelled consecutively. And guess what? They processed the other one just yesterday but left the other one still unprocessed. Super inefficient and the cs can't do anything but to say they will escalate it to whatever relevant team it is.
