klook is really useful. the esim cards, however, are worthless since you can't use them on the device you bought the package they came with. Since I only have one device, how is that useful?

You have to buy other services to buy tickets, and you have to add money for the high-speed rail taxi pick-up and drop-off, and even add money to even stop and pick up other people halfway, garbage service

Not working with India cards
Payments not going through indian credit cards. tried with multiple visa, master. they work fine with other international payments. worst thing is there is no way you can contact them to resolve this

Never Again
Booked a private car from Tokyo airport to our hotel. Terrible directions even though I contacted them the day before for instructions to find our car. Followed them and never found our driver. He kept sending us photos of where he was, which was pretty much meaningless. Ended up taking a taxi at the taxi stand, which was super easy and cheaper than the private car we rented. Customer support was terrible. They offered a credit of $2.07 in Klook credits. Terrible service.

It's really rubbish
Obviously, even though I set it up in Korea, the base price was in yen, so I had to pay a double payment fee. Just use MyRealTrip
