I booked a day tour from klook in edinburgh. On main heading of tour it said tour from edinburgh. In subheading it said departure from edinburgh city. In details it said 10km from city center. After booking when I checked booking voucher to see how to reach departure point and I found that it was 140 miles from edinburgh city. Within 3-4 minutes of booking I contacted klook team and they said there are 3 packages in that heading and 2 of them are from edinburgh city and 3rd one is not.

Terrible Experience with Klook Attraction Pass – Avoid at All Costs! I had an absolutely frustrating experience with Klook's attraction pass. After making full payment, I was shocked to find out that I could not book two attractions that were supposed to be included in the pass. There was zero transparency about this issue beforehand, and Klook's customer service was completely unhelpful and unresponsive when I reached out for a resolution. Their so-called “convenient” pass turned out to be a waste of money and time. Instead of making things easier, it caused unnecessary stress and ruined my itinerary. If you're considering booking with Klook, think twice—their false advertising and poor support can leave you stranded with a useless pass. I will never use Klook again and do not recommend it to anyone.

The prices are generally more expensive than the official website. The customer service response is also irresponsible

It's hard to use. I clearly set the search to a quad room, but it asked me to book two double rooms. It was a waste of my time.

It is very misleading and complicated with regards to the e-sim. Not all devices are compatible. Some models are but may not be depending on the country of origin of the device. This isn't made clear during purchase, and once the purchase is made, it is not possible to get a refund. Very dishonest and untrustworthy service, in my opinion.
