Overall great app. Map function could be a bit better with showing the rates in map mode.

Really good, just need some tweaks
I really use this app and use it a lot, but I wish they spent some time making the reservation flow easier. I have to enter too much data each time, like my rig and payment details, that I wish they'd store so basically I can make a reservation in a click or two.

The app, when it works, is fabulous. Unfortunately it seems to fail at the most inopportune of times (of course). Hopefully this latest update will address that instability. Time will tell. Hmmm, maybe not because it looks like I'm having issues submitting this feedback!

Decent!
The app itself is great. It's easy to navigate and simple to use. I do however wish the promos and deals were easier to find, it's really easy to miss them unless you search with a fine tooth comb. Also the reward points are really difficult to accumulate, you'd have to essentially live at KOA camps year round to accumulate enough points to make it worth being a member.

You would have received 5 Stars if you made it simpler to save you login information. I don't know how to save my username on the app, my phone is on autofill, it should save.

Bad experience. Had this app for about 6 months, worked ok. Then things went weird. I was no longer able to connect. Presently not a big fan of KOA properties. Traveling w/a dog-extra GREEDY charges. Cheaper to rent a motel 6 roomw/the added convience of a bathroom close by. Experience? C'mon, I'm interested in $$- pass that along to your franchises!
