A good, well thought out app that makes reading a pleasure. Good selection of fonts, and other customizations. Ok library management but could be more flexible. A real pain to scroll through the books and the one at a time bookstore is a pain too. More functionality to manage other than kobo purchases would be good. As at 2024 the app is very unstable. Display freezes and needs restart. Very annoying.

Loved it. App updated and now a terrible app. The book margins have changed, narrowest margin now far too wide. I read in dark mode, now dark mode is dirty white in a grey charcoal. Books lock up at chapter end, or something????. Restarts??????. Slipped, accidentally highlited text, cannot remove, annoyed. Too much more for here and for help I get suggestions to fix my account and to contact kobo, an ai bot. I WANT to email a person a list of problems. Was a keen user, I want my kobo back.

I don't understand why the app no longer responds when the chapter is changed and the only solution is to restart the tablet. Never happened before.

Recent issue with the app. It freezes after every chapter and I have to open and close it again. This started after the most recent update.

I constantly have to repair my app, download it and remove and redown load book files. The app freezes my phone untill I shut it down and them have to do all that all over again. The books themselves either freeze up, shut themselves down and shut the app down or I am reading chapter till around the 30 and 31st pages, and the page is blank with no forward or back page maneuverability... then I have to start the fun all over again.

This is a really nice app. Cleaner and more intuitive than Kindle. Unfortunately the last update has produced a bit of a bug when used on a fire tablet. When I get to the end of a chapter, it gets stuck and won't move until I close the app, clear cache, force stop it and restart it. It does this on every chapter. Hopefullythe next update wil solve it.
