Slow and frustrating
I had went through at Christmas amid put a bunch of "maybes" in my Kohl's cart so I've got like 54 items in there. Everytime I go in and try to remove anything it's super slow, lags, and I have to hit remove 3-4 before it actually does it! Because it's such a hassle clearing out my cart I have lost all kinds of KOHL'S cash due to frustration and just giving up on clearing cart out! Clearing it on the website seems to be a bit faster but still does not remove items immediately. I just suggest shopping in store at kohls.

App freezes when I'm trying to use my kohls option on it. Doesn't work for androids.

Can no longer shop!
The latest update took away the “Add to Cart” button when shipping! I can no longer use the app to order anything to be shipped. If you want people to purchase items, you need to fix this asap. I'm on an iPhone 14 Pro running the latest software (iOS 18.3.1).

There is something wrong with the app. I have not been able to see items I am interested in. When I choose to see the item the website freezes. This is not uncommon and it is frustrating.

What happened to the app? I have used it for years and suddenly I can't get it to work. It keeps freezing as soon as I click to look at any item. I sent a report a few days ago, but nothing changed. Really wanted to order something, but went to another retailer instead.

Crashes and freezes
I have been shopping at Kohl's for a long time. The app, unfortunately is lacking. A lot of updates. More often than not my app freezes when I try to select the size of an item. Apparently this is such a known issue to the staff, that they tell you to go online place your items in the basket and then check out on your app. I would think that a company this big would have fixed this issue a long time ago. I love shopping at Kohl's and I would like for your online department to figure out how to fix this app once and for all. Thank you.
