New Capital One note is blocking payment
I can no longer pay my bill, the screen to choose payment and date is blocked by the notice of changes for February. Can not scroll past the note to continue.

Small Portrait mode only. 😡
Downloaded on the iPad Pro, this app only opens as a tiny iPhone sized app in portrait mode in the center of the iPad Pro's huge screen. Fix this to open in landscape and to full size of the screen!

Terrible
Constantly freezes as soon as I start browsing for items. No update has ever fixed this issue, and it's been going on for over a year. I have to use a PC or MAC and browse their site instead because the app never works. I even just got a new iPhone 16 and same thing. Doesn't work on my wife's iPhone 14 either. They really have to figure out what's causing this issue and do more app debugging.

Freezing app !!
It's been doing this for last few months the app just freezes when trying to add any product to cart it's frustrating. That has actually reduced my purchasing from kohls in the months !! The bright side Well I have happy husband because of that !!

Worse shopping app in existence
Want to place an order? Don't worry it will charge you but not go through! But hey don't worry, the free shipping for not having an item in stock only applies when in the store. But only if you connect to their WiFi! At least Bradley with their customer service was good but at the end they are like take this survey since you are so valuable. Even the survey doesn't work. Horrible app. Makes Temu look like a dream.
