No way to receive transaction data

Need to prove a transaction I made, however kraken doesn't provide tx keys at all. Never have used an crypto exchange service that doesnt offer tx keys within your transaction details. Can't say I'd recommend kraken if you care about your funds.

Was good once, then came DLT finance (in Germany). Cannot trade derivatives even if I already have them in stock. And I am talking about high volume markets here not niche. Now I even cannot mark favorites. What will be next? Started to look elsewhere. Guess you are not short of customers.

LOOONG wait times.

Waiting 7 days to clear an ACH purchase for crypto is bananas. I really like the UI and the fees are not bad, but when I'm trying to get some money into a trending coin I need to do it quick. Not a week later. I'd make an argument for crypto's I plan to hold but I really don't like keeping my currency on any exchange for a week at a time.
