The mobile app should not be worse than the mobile website, lol. Fix the weekly ad not showing up. Also the side bar is waaaaay to cluttered. 29 menu options is ridiculous

Has started to not allow me to clip coupons or load screens outside of the home screen. Uninstall and reinstall did nothing.

back in 2022 I rated this app 1 star and still used it. Although updates have been made there is always something that doesn't work. This is is the only reason I'm canceling my Boost subscription. I'm going to Walmart the app is way better and all the features actually work.

Each week the new ad starts or the new digital coupons are loaded, the whole app stops working correctly.

Can't actually scan coupons. Sign in front of Lean Cuisine said there's a coupon, scan the QR code on the sign, doesn't work. Scan the product itself, and there's a yellow box saying there's a coupon under the product photo, tap it and tells me the location in store so I assume it is clipped. Go to self checkout, scan all my items, hit the pay button and no coupon gets added. Had to argue with cashier, not the first time coupons haven't worked in app.
