I have had so many problems with the app. Can't get digital coupons and the regular coupons aren't so easy either. I have called and suppose to be fixed but no.

the app constantly has glitches about what is in the cart and isn't. the app struggles to keep up with what I add and what my wife does.

Whatever changes they have made to this app only have caused constant issues. It has become overwhelming frustrating when you just want to place a grocery order quickly but it ends up taking hours. It's faster to just go to the store yourself. As much as I like the fuel points they offer, it's become too much of a headache to deal with. coupons don't clip. coupons show but then disappear. Sales on home page aren't the same under coupon tab. I'm switching to HEB. Very disappointing.

Used to love this app on my tablet. Needed the larger reading area compared to my cell. The app decided it wasn't going to work with my tablet about a week or so ago and can't get to work since. Have tried uninstalling it and when I tried to reinstall it it now says it won't work on my tablet. What changed?

The quality of this app is similar to the quality of my local Kroger - TERRIBLE! Want to know what aisle an item is in? You have to add it to a list, then view the list. Want to clip that coupon that is a great deal? Too bad, the app won't let you 50+% of the time. There are numerous other small things that make the whole app very unenjoyable. The only redeeming thing about the app is it can disappoint me from the comfort of my home, which is a luxury it's stores can, unfortunately, not afford.

The interface got changed slightly causing me to miss checking "Leave at Door". Thanks geniuses in the development dept. There was no reason to "fix" that to add an extra step. I know it was changed because I have never failed to check the box in the 4 years since I started using delivery.
