Will you please fix the issue with Ohiohealth employees that have androids? The app isn't working for us and it's frustrating. When it works it's a good app

annoying. inconveniencing.
the purpose of an app is to be convenient as to not have to go to a website… right? every. single. time. i open the ukg app (and that's at least 5x weekly to check my work schedule), i have to close the app and reopen it bc its just a blank white screen when i open it the first time. i've been working at this particular job for 6 mo and this app has done this ever since the second or third time i've used it. what's the point in having an app if it needs to be closed and relaunched to actually work?! you'd think having a 1.4 avg rating out of 600 reviews would prompt developers to change some things, but ig not 😂

Do the developers read the reviews? Sort it out. Constantly crashes and need to go through sign in every single time. If only there was an easy and secure way to login….

Very slow, can barely sign-in half the time, and the constant signing in is very tedious compared to just keeping me logged in.

This app is awful! I'm generally a patient person, but attempting to shift swap tested my patience! I needed to take the 14th off, so I tried requesting shift swap for someone on the 12th or 13th, days I would be off. Since they show everyone working that day and not only those available to work Friday, I had to keep trying everyone only to be told they're not available. To make things worse, it takes forever to load, and I have to keep switching the date back when I try someone else!

It Would Be Fine If It Actually Worked Half of The Time
On a good day, you'll only have to close out and reopen 5 times to log in. Other times, like now, it took me 5 MINUTES just to try and open it to clock in because it kept crashing with the message “page expired”. Half the time it won't even open at all. This dang app is stressing me out so bad. It shouldn't be that difficult to clock in and out for work.

Worst app ever
this is a horrible app. it's always soooo glitchy and annoying to use. sometimes it doesn't even let me log in. Honestly worst app i've ever used. Overall should be deleted or EXTREMELY updated and more high quality and advanced!!!!!!
