Worst application in history of applications!
Inconsistent user ability and ongoing app failures. This has to be the most frustrating and worthless application I have to use in my business. We need another solution and change in how we manage associate time and payroll.

Absolutely terrible user experience. Employees are often logged out, have to redownload, server address doesnt work, scaling is awful, fixing shifts is a pain.

UKG glitches.
I have using this app for two years. Never had problem until 3 weeks ago. I deleted it reinstalled it was able to get back into it. But I noticed there was no way to log out of it. I would get stuck on white page. So I had to deleted it again. I even had call to ITT to help me fix it. Which lasted about hr because now I have the white page again. I am getting tired of this issue. Please fix or I will probably stop using the app because I don't like having to fix it or delete it then reinstall it again just to be able to log into it.

Not working
Unfortunately, it doesn't work and doesn't open the screen of work shifts and clocking in. I have installed and uninstalled the application several times but nothing has changed. I hope it can be resolved.

Slow, buggy and terrible hi
I use this app for clocking in and out of work and to see my accruals. It get the job done but it's incredibly slow, and isn't ready for me to log in when I first open the app. There is always a pop up on how it timed out last time that I have to dismiss. (Literally no other app does this) When I go to clock in, the previous punch box always pops up about 5 seconds late, and shift the other boxes down, often causing me to push the wrong box. UKG, you are a huge company. Invest in a decent modern app. Please.

After each day, the app won't open. I need to delete it each time and then upload it again before I can see the information. And so every day. The management requires that it be on the phone - this is some kind of quest.

Since update only seeing white page
I have updated the app, and since then I can't log in. I only see a white page. This is frustrating since I use it for work. And I have tried deleting it and re installing and it's the same thing. Please help with this issue. There a lot of users/ co workers with the same issue.
