Basically an excellent service, but the app is so buggy and cumbersome to use that it often becomes very time-consuming and frustrating.

Do not use!
I never usually write reviews but this is absolutely incredible! Book an urgent appointment at night, it says the next available time is in 10 minutes - I book and wait 10 minutes. After 10 minutes it says my appointment starts in 40 minutes... they have now been on hold for about 1 hour!! From 10 minutes to 40 minutes to 1+ and I'm still waiting!

Hi! Just wanted to share a really bad experience. I was diagnosed with shingles at the hospital and called Kry for a medical certificate. Since the diagnosis was already confirmed, I thought it would be easy, but they said I have to wait until sick day 7 to get the certificate. If they had informed me about this from the beginning, I could have planned better. Now it also costs an extra visit. Will never call them again!

Strange with app ratings, if you've managed a video meeting you give it a 5a. Forgot to start a video meeting, during working hours, a job to do. Starts mobile, sees incoming calls, can't answer...can't call back, can't chat, directed to a phone number with 8 choices!?! Tries to call the next day at half past two, wades through a bunch of choices only to be met with "too many in line, call another day", phone time until 5?! 300 SEK in fines for that, what a business idea. This will be a trade.

Heart medicine - no help
Really bad. Can't reach you locally or via support regarding heart medicine that can't be picked up at a pharmacy. There is no system that is reliable, it's about heart medicine and it should be so difficult to get an answer to a question.

Do you check your video call Pick up rate?
I have booked doctor's appointment through your app for the third time now and was never able to get on a call with the doctor because your doctors hang up immediately after the ringtone. I literally had the phone in my hand to pick up but the call ended immediately after it rang. This is the 3rd time this happened today. This is unacceptable

Just looking for your tax money
Kry hires the worst doctors who can't get work at health centers. Totally empathetic and with zero interest in solving the patient's problems unless they make extra money from it.
