Good app but no free bets like you get with Paddy power

Free to play contests disappear from my account daily before I can play them. When I can play a contest and manage to reach the score for a set prize, the prize is never awarded. I have no social media and cannot find another way to contact. Some slot games just show a flashing screen and do not load.

Worst betting app to use by a mile! Had a load of free bets to use and the app made it almost impossible to use,kept trying to make me put more money into my account instead of using the free bet! Managed to use 2x£5s but left the last £10 free bets would of been there all day

The app as well as desktop site keeps refreshing annoyingly and when it is not doing that, it's betslip not available.

Ladbrokes have stopped me from certain promotions because I only do the free games, I also get messages about controlling my gambling, I can't remember the last time I actually paid in any money

App is clunky, slow, freezes and generally not very user friendly or easy to navigate.

Was having a brilliant experience won some lost some but recently I have been blocked using the slots tournaments with no reason I don't understand this bar it happened just after I won a cash prize from the winning from the free spins won from this. Getting hold of help is a nightmare is it this it's it that. No trying to speak to a human it seems is not linked as you have to go through so many options I believe they hope you're give up.
