Be aware, ladbrokes will take your deposit then suspend your account pending verification documents. They will not even refund without verification. The verification should be done before any money is taken in my opinion. Happy to take your money but won't give it back without a faff. I wonder how much interest is made on suspended account? I don't suppose this is passed on to the customer?

Good, but why are we still having to pay a £1 to watch a race you are only screening 50% anyway. Most other b/makers only ask you to login . Thank you.

For a company that is one of the primary gambling experts in the UK this app(gateway to site) is unacceptably slow. I'll endure lag in many things but not my gambling. This isn't a data speed issue it is a server issue. If they can't provide the infrastructure required to maintain unbroken access they shouldn't be offering a gambling facility at all. To Ladbrokes; this wasn't an issue 5 years ago why is it now? & think about this-if a gambler loses just £1 because of lag how happy will he be

Very slow when logging in and placing inplay bets!

I do enjoy this app, but have a problem with the predictor. It says I am not eligible when I've been with ladbrokes for years
