Slow to load, often crashes. Build a bet and accumulators are almost impossible to make as when the screen updates due to odds changes, it pushes you to the top of the screen again and closes any tabs you opened. Free games are now pointless and almost impossible to achieve (1000% increase in ladbucks prices with no explanation or warning). Used to spend money on this app, not any more. Skybet, Virgin and Bet365 all offer much more and their apps work smoothly.

All of a sudden you've got to get 3000 ladbrokes instead of 300 to get 3 spins , when did that happen and why ?, only won odd pence on them anyway.

they have joined the free spin per day, it was a very small insensitive which previously had 100 points as a minimal spin, 1000 points equals £1 which you could trade for anyway, but very recently they have added in 10 points, what an insulting introduction, a spin was bad enough receiving 10p but penny spins is ridiculous also the spin is not random, you hit the minimum spins most often, if not every day, at least before, eventually you had something to show for the rubbish spin

This used to be a great gambling platform but ever since Ladbucks was introduced it's gone massively downhill. Certain features disappeared such as 5 aside, areas to bet on on football slimmed down, freebie games, offers and bets devalued to the point it's ladbucks was devalued 900% overnight in the last week with no customer warning or notification. Now it's the worst of all platforms for bonuses, I'd seriously advise William Hill, Coral, Skybet or Betfred all being vastly superior to this now.

There was a nice little bonus feature 1000 points = free bet now it's 10000 points! I give up ridiculous hike I will look elsewhere

moved from paddy power to Ladbrokes because paddy power no longer giving best odds on horse racing . easy to navigate best odds guaranteed games are good nice menu. I took away 2 stars because I never got introduction offer of free bets or spins . I think Irish customers don't get these offers . other wise a good app 😉
