cannot load into app, I have tried everything, whatever you all changed, CHANGE IT BACK .. i want my money

Don't recommend this app at all. I wanted to sell all my shares and delete my account and I can't just because I have to wait until it is available to sell. Don't recommend it, look elsewhere.

Used to love the app.I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app but to no success. now I am concerned due to the app no longer working and having my information.

Cannot login. Cannot access funds.

The app has stopped working. It will not load. My account is locked and I'm unable to withdraw funds.

Overall, my investments have not met or exceeded the benefits expected. I recently reached to Landa support to see when the app would be reactivated again and was informed not to worry and my “money is safe”. Sadly, I'm worried.

It stopped working and i can't withdraw any of my money

Initially, I received modest monthly dividends from my investments with Landa. However, several month ago, these payments have ceased without any clear explanation. In addition, I have been unable to access the Landa mobile application for a month. Attempts to log in result in vain, and my account remains inaccessible. Customer support has been unresponsive, with no acknowledgment or resolution provided. This prolonged inaccessibility prevents me from managing my investments and raises concerns about the platform's reliability. The combination of halted dividend payments, lack of communication, and app inaccessibility has led me to believe that Landa's business practices may be fraudulent. I am not alone in this sentiment; Numerous investors have voiced similar concerns, citing difficulties in withdrawing funds and a lack of transparency from the company.  The inability to access invested funds and the cessation of expected dividends have caused financial hurt and emotional distress. There is a growing sense of urgency among investors to address these issues and seek accountability.  Victims may need to report complaints to CFPB or other regulators to resolved their matter.

More than 100 properties owned by fractional real estate investing platform Landa are in the hands of an independent manager, who claims the startup's owner has still been trying to collect rents in defiance of a judge's order.
