There is no customer support . You cant grow because you can't find any lower bases to plunder , you spend the entire time building your base getting high enough to do something and before you know it someone 100× more powerful comes by and sets you back . And you can't even do that to others as part of the game because you can't see any lower bases not even your own allies something is wrong with the game I'm discontinueing use until something is fixed

Honestly I love the game and I don't mind to spend money on it but comon guys! Everything on the game comes with money! I can't enjoy it anymore unless I pay a certain package! This has to be addressed to the management team.

NO ONE SHOULD GIVE THEM MORE MONEY. SCAMMERS! They just made an event and display a time of it, when I bought a package in order of getting those items, the event disappear, they are SCAMMING PEOPLE. I event contacted the Support and they just answer the same, copy and paste ignoring the evidences or anything, they don't care, don't do anything, simply not giving them more money. And I'm sure I'm not getting my money or the items I bought. I will go to the bank and report them.

Be careful with the charges as they are a rip-off. The Japanese yen has gone from hundreds to thousands of yen, and suddenly it's in the tens of thousands. The initial statement by the chairman of the Chinese government was a lie, so there's nothing we can do about it. I'm still playing, but I wonder if the management should think more about correcting the exchange rate for each country. In Japanese yen, it's a question of whether to use the luxury that would be enough to eat two bowls of eel rice bowls in the game.

What's going on with the game? I log in and start doing something on my base, but before that the game really writes for some reason that it's logging in and takes a long time to load. While I was going through "Endless Horde of Zombies" I was simply thrown out for ignoring verification, 5 minutes of playthrough wasted + the minigame itself lags VERY much, which makes it almost impossible to complete, I wouldn't have completed it if it weren't required to improve the base.

I played more than 5 years after that my base was stolen but developers did nothing for me. No meaning of loyalty for them.
