Nothing against the app, but Lebara itself is not recommended! No SIM card arrives! And then you have to pay almost €30 to cancel. And the scam is that instead of sending you the SIM card, they just take out a new contract! I absolutely do not recommend Lebara. I warn against buying a Lebara SIM card! Worst company ever!!!!!!!

Beware: dangerous fault!
Basic app is fine. However, there's an item which if tapped on in ipadOS18.1 opens a Chrome (if you have it) tab and doesn't stop! First time it opened 50+ tabs before I stopped it. Second time the app took over the iPad, it had to be shut down! On reboot Chrome had 100+ tabs from this app!!! Developers: you need to sort this and pronto. (Unfortunately, I don't recall the exact item that triggered the fault but it's one that requires a browser.) Two stars docked as the app "internals" are good but the fault definitely isn't!

The application is not very clear, there is no support for the application in Polish. I do not recommend.

Worst mobile provider ever, you don't have any benefits with them, with any other provider you can take mobile phone for 24 months only with Lebara is not possible. Still, they provide a 4G internet. 40G of internet for 25€ per month. When i signed my contract from prepaid to postpaid, i had 15€ balance. Now i am paying my bill every month , and still, i can not do anything with the 15€ on my account.

I advise you to avoid a subscription at lebara.de I bought an offer with the possibility of terminating the contract with a 30-day period. I found lebara's services to be weak because even 5g internet in many places with full coverage is terribly slow. For two months I have been trying to terminate the contract by reporting on the lebara website and reporting to the e-mail address provided by Lebara de. The operator does not respond to either of these options and charges more bills to pay. Lebara are frauds
