If you have no internet left and you want to fill it up without any WiFi, it's super slow if you want to pay by PayPal, and and it's faster if you pay via Credit Card. That makes no sense. You have to make it fast for every payment method.

These are the biggest scammers that exist from mobile provider. Unfortunately you are also stuck with their subscription. And the discounts have run up to enormous amounts! Their customer service is also rude their whole system is not customer oriented. When you finally get rid of them go to a better mobile provider that is more customer oriented. I am deeply disappointed and have suffered damage because of the way they treat you and fine you heavily via cannock their creditors large amount collection

I can't see my tariff or my credit in the app. And I can't buy or book a new tariff. Customer service speaks very poor German, so you can hardly understand anything.

In the app, it's not showing all plans. Only on the website .

Post a negative review and they called me to remove it and offered me 5 euro coupon. Looks like bribing to me. Also the rates are obnoxious. €1.7 for 2kB abroad is an outright scam.

It has been great until a hit a limit in the App. I have my phone SIM, my tablet SIM and my children have 3 tablet computers with SIMs. In total that is 5 SIM cards... But the App will only allow 4 SIMs per account. That is a shame as I will need to move to [phone] or EE instead of giving Lebara my money... Can you change the App, as parents need to manage their young childrens SIM cards as well as their own?

I don't know these geniuses who wrote the app. I have a Spanish Lebara SIM card, I'm in another country, I can't register or pay, the options don't even offer Spain and, accordingly, I can't enter my Spanish number. Total crap.
