I bought an add on in Vietnam and it said it also works in Thailand and Singapore but it doesn't. Lebara has just told me I need to buy a new one now I am in Singapore. I wish I had bought an e sim.

It's astonishing for me that i have paid for my add on data which is valid till 31-3-25 also just paid for my monthly plan, still am not able to use mobile data. Checked all settings but still the same. I think its better time to think of alternatives.

Nonsense Scammy company the internet speed is not even 2G. They scame you with fake 4g and 5g marketing 5mb/s speed. contacted customer service 8 times but nothing change, Shame on you scammers.

Yesterday, March 30. Internet was turned off for 3 hours. Couldn't get through for work. Lost clients in the Czech Republic and, accordingly, my reputation. I won't speak for money. The operator is terrible. One star.

sold me new SIM for cheaper monthly rolling contract and day before it's due to activate told me it won't work as I had already had an offer 3 years ago. so why did they sell me SIM, port my number and confirm in writing. !

I changed my PayPal address. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the PayPal address in the app. There are also no options on the website.
