The app doesn't work not let me in,and I need update my debit card. My husband one working my is not

How do I link my bank. I bank woth virgin money and when I click on it it only accepts a 7 digit number but i have a 10 digit customer number. It says to go back to TPP app to chose the ones for 10 numbers. What is this and how do o do it

Worked great for about 3 weeks than couldn't login with a Account deleted message, rang Zable spoke to a nice lady, tried to get in for about 15mins on phone but couldn't , then she just raised it with technical whatever that means and said there must be issue with app! I would give it 5 stars but I think the app login needs more work and not being able to login to do things is annoying as I can't use my card until I do but other than that, great, but the app can be frustrating when can't login

Now they've changed the app I cannot see my balance or even make payments. How on earth am I meant to keep on top of my balance.

try contacting them and if you ever do watch how long it takes them to help you 😟 they will never do anything to help you I've been trying over a month now to get into my account so I can pay them and they still have not done anything please do not use them you will be sorry
