my card did not download but my bank linked so they get payed

Encountered an issue that isn't resolved in The faqs and the send us a message is a useless bot (when companies insist on robots over humans) absolutely a waste of time, don't bother with it, for all the bells and whistles TV advert, you'd think the app reflected it, but no, it doesn't

I set up a biometric security measure on the app with my fingerprint worked fine at first now I cannot get online.if they have to give a security code now and again why not text it to you or email it rather than having to ring you

Offering opportunity that is not achievable, how can one register and is eligible for 350 but cant access the money?

I have 2 lots of inheritance I was luckily enough to receive totalling just over £200k, but because I changed my name to my mother maiden name in honor of her sacrifice, my credit score plummeted to zero, I was using my credit cards for purchase protection and then repaying in full ever month, but now I am only allowed a £350.00 credit limit?!?! I pay more for a good bottle of wine than that, so it's pointless!

The app is truly terrible. They keep changing the features & now I'm unable to use Google Pay. On top of that I'm no longer able to see my card details, so if I don't have my physical card in me at all time's, I won't be able to make payments unless I take a picture of my card, then enter it manually. It never used to be like this, It's totally ridiculous.
