My direct debit didn't work suddenly

I been preapproved for a credit card but I can't finish the process from the app.i tried to contact customer service but so far no one answered to my messages. Waste of time

keeps crashing. too many bugs

Trouble registering the card. I don't like setting direct debit up I like to pay myself when I get my statement. But this won't let me register without linking my bank . Is there any way around that

It seems to randomly forget my device and say I'm using a new one (I'm not), refuse to accept facial recognition and insist on me logging in by sending a link via email followed by a second email with a code to enter Put it back to how it was please
