Paid for full access, they removed features and added watermarks to avatars.

I've been using this app since 2022. They removed the realistic magic avatars and the “fast” ones they have now look terrible. They do a really bad job. It makes you look like a skinny cartoon character in every result. These new “fast” avatars also have a Lensa watermark on them. I have the premium version and I am extremely disappointed they only have these terrible fast avatars now and they added watermarks to every result. Cancelling my subscription.

The app was great until the recent update... not very user friendly.. I liked the way it was before and not all these AI filters/edits. Also can't even save 1 picture unless you buy the upgrade.. used to be able to have at least 1 a day.

I paid for a subscription and I can't use the app

I paid for the subscription, and I can't download more than one photo per day. Misleading program. And the support is not helpful at all.

They didn't return the money and cancelled the subscription

Hello! My annual subscription was issued by accident! I used a refund request in Apple support, where my requests and confirmations were confirmed. I did not receive the funds back and the subscription was cancelled. Please return my funds!

So I installed it because I was curious to see what all the hype was about. First time booting up the app, they ask for a few simple personal details before letting you do anything (which was already annoying at that point) THEN, after all that... they ask for you to log in. Nope! If you can't just let people use your app and decide if they like it BEFORE giving you their personal details, then you are a part of the problem with society.
