Car won't start and support can figure it out

Since the last update, the app refuses to load and is completely unusable for me as a result. I just get the message "Signin is taking longer than usual. Please wait" whenever I open it and it never loads. I've been waiting over 6 weeks and the issue is still not fixed. It used to work fine before that. Please fix it, and your QA process with the Lexus app updates.

Will not connect to my car
I'm able to put in my VIN but when I put in my vehicle details I keep getting an “unexpected error, please try again” message. I got my car 2 weeks ago and haven't been able to use the app at all yet. Total disappointment

I love the app just fix one issue!
I love being able to use the app. Makes checking on my vehicle or being able to start my car so easy. I can check my maintenance and tire pressure without having to even leave my house. The only thing I would fix is that my Watch app can't turn on my car. So I have to get my phone and go on the app which makes it one more step. First world problems lol

Great app,very useful. This app is consuming too much battery and memory, hence the 4*. The android OS is recommending to put this app to sleep due to this.

Terrible. Won't open and keeps saying taking too long. Very frustrating that it's a lexus and the app is trash. I am at a loss for words. Please send an update to fix this
