App provides limited information, but what is provided is useful. The app is very slow to load. Major deficiency for RX vehicles. Is that charging history does not work. Charging history would be useful to know so that anyone can figure what part of their electric bill was for charging the RX battery.

High battery usage once opened and will operate in the background. After reviewing message must be manually turned off.

Features
The recent updates and limited my ability to remote start the car more than twice without opening and closing a door and the remote start only runs for 10minutes. I have animals and need the ability to remote start my vehicle and control the climate. If I leave the vehicle running I am unable to lock the doors which completely defeats the purpose. Many other vehicles allow you to run climate control and lock doors while away from the vehicle - this should be standard on such an expensive “luxury” vehicle.

Garbage
This app is sad at best and pathetically inept worse. Coming from a “ luxury“ line from a company as well respected as Toyota, this is simply unsatisfactory. To top the offensively poor performance of this app is the cheapness of the car fob given to you upon purchasing a high price vehicle. Even a Ford fiesta can be started from its key fob from distances of 50 to 60 feet. Lexus do better. This is an insult to your customers.

Needs upgrade to on window log in
I love the remote options the app allows but the sing in process is old dated format. It should allow for username and password on same screen view. The current version delays sign on with needs for unnecessary multiply clicks and delays in loading each page

App key needs improvement
The app key does not have the same functionality as car key. The vehicle cannot auto detect app key and thus touches entry is not available for app key.
