Fix your app!
App times out during set up. I've been trying for days to get connected, but the same error continues to occur when attempting to add the vehicle.

app is ok for the features that work, but only 1 star 🌟..... the digital key function is definitely made by some poorly educated developer. It keeps asking to pair every 10 seconds on my phone. it vibrates all the time and closes every app I'm using on my phone. Every single app Toyota ever made had dozens of issues.

coming from 2019 Tesla model 3, this app is really subpar for our modern age. It barely does the minimum I expected it to do: lock/unlock doors, remote start. And it's about all the features there are to get from the app. I expected to use my phone as the key. Nope. I expected walkaway auto lock. Nope. I expected climate controls. Nope. it's barely a remote starter, for a monthly subscription that would've paid for an aftermarket remote starter in no time. it's 2025 guys. it's a lexus.

Poorly designed app, can't even proceed with an appointment as the continue button is hidden after mileage is keyed in.

I downloaded the app registered my vehicle. It doesn't allow me to do anything that the app says it can do. It doesn't start my car. It doesn't even show a button for anything.

I expected much better from a brand like Lexus, but this app is a complete letdown. The interface is slow and clunky, and basic features like remote start or vehicle status updates take forever to load—if they work at all. The app frequently crashes or freezes, making it practically useless when I need it most. For an app that's supposed to complement a luxury car, this feels like a cheap afterthought. Lexus seriously needs to invest in improving this app to meet the standards
