Purchasing problem
I purchased for coins on app, the money got taken from my bank account but then I got notification that it failed to purchase. So I just lost my money. Not once but twice :)

The webtoon is really fun, but even when I post a payment-related inquiry to the customer service, there is no reply after a day, so I can't see the answer, and the problem is not solved... Right now, the coins haven't come in, I've just lost money, so I've been waiting for a reply. No matter how busy you are, I hope you will look at money-related issues sooner, 😢 I hope you will refund or process payments as soon as possible

cant login
I made a purchase for coins on the app, and then after an hour it logged me out and I cant log back into the account. Used the website and it said “Data not valid” when im trying to log in. Tried using another phone, it still doesnt work. Ive also saw many people on reddit complaining about this issue. I tried emailing the support center and they said they would respond in 5 business days. Its been 9 days and they still havent replied. I saw people on reddit complaining about a year ago and they still havent got replied. From what i see from peoples experience, they also got logged out after making a purchase on the account. I tried using a VPN and tried several countries to try to log in with, it still doesnt work. Maybe fix this issue cause its disappointing.
