The app has been down for 3 days now as I wait for shipping updates on a Christmas gift for my husband. I'm wondering if I got scammed. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. All it says is the Internet is slow and it will not load anything. I've got great service 5g so is not on my end. Help 😭

Honestly, I don't know what has happened to this application after the latest updates, but it has become quite unusable. For a start, it literally refuses to work without wi-fi... it doesn't even consider using mobile data. Which makes it quite inconvenient as it reduces its usability. Secondly, once it loses the wi-fi connection, it is impossible to get it to work properly again.
