App always crashes the first time you end a trip. You have to restart the app and the next minute has arrived.

In Rome. One in two bikes or scooters does not start, you charge for an entire minute when an only second is on the clock, damaged vehicles are often available. I understand mostly depends on users, but still the service is yours!

Oy fix your app, and bikes both have some serious issues! When I try to verify the parking the app it's loading 10 min, the sits always have problems, because of you I'm f late for work. Make sure u fix your things! And make it snapy

This company is a massive scam. They resort to all sorts of manipulative tactics to overcharge you. Like not ending a ride when you click 'End Ride' thru the app. Even these reviews are fake. I'd rather walk or take a rideshare than contribute to these scumbags.

I've been a customer for years now, but every time the minute is about to go off and you try to end the rental, the app gets stuck and triggers the next minute. Coincidences?
