Crashes a lot or displays zero balances. Really hate the new style too, the font isn't ideal for disabled people who need clear text, and everything's been moved around with an unnecessary extra page at the front

App is okish but there are a few issues. Messages from Lloyds are a pain to open, in that you are logged out to read them. Much easier on a pc. Also you can't close accounts without a trip to branch, if you can find one! Could do better Lloyds.

Absolutely awful, so many hoops to jump through just to log on. Either make it simple to use or don't bother. Genuinely feels like whoever thought up the protocol for loging on just wants to waste people's time as much as possible.

The worst bank in the world. Just for fun, try to find out how many times you paid to some account. You go to the website. And they write that they don't see any more payments. I've been paying this company for a year now. And they don't see it. A dead bank.
