I gave it 5 stars in 2020. Now in 2025 I change it to 3 stars because of the new "upgrade". Which I would rather call it "Downgrade". This new version is way worse in all aspects. I cannot understand why dod you do that!!

I have used many banking apps but this is far and away the worst. Logs me off every time my screen saver kicks in and often when I try to make a payment.

I really don't like it. The layout feels awkward & the plain black/grey on white just makes it feel busy when you're looking for something, especially as it keeps trying to log you out. If I was deciding who to bank with based on this app, I wouldn't choose Lloyds. I actually recommended Lloyds to family based on the previous banking app as it was so easy to use. I appreciate the new app may have new features but the old app was easier to use & did pretty much everything I wanted it to.

The add for car insurance is very annoying when trying to log on , no option to not click the link .

I receive notifications about money in or out after hours and hours from the transaction. What's is the point??

You seem to be constantly changing the app aesthetically with little improved functionality to justify it. It seems pointless and it's slightly annoying. All one really wants is functional online banking, which was already there.
