Extremely badly organised
I get an email to say I have a message in my Lloyds account inbox. I go to the inbox to read it. It tells me I have to go to Lloyds Bank.com. I go there and there doesn't seem to be anything about it! Is it such a big secret that it can't just be sent by email. Overall service by Lloyds has absolutely plummeted. I opened an account with Monzo about a year or so ago and cannot believe how far superior the entire banking process is with them!

which genius decided to make the text the same colour as the background? How am I supposed to know what any of the tabs are supposed to mean? Can't see anything.

Useful app - HOWEVER ... Not all my accounts show in the app & also I can't see any messages. My husband's app shows all our accounts and the envelope symbol for any messages..

Standing Order
Keep trying to set up an internal S/O from 1 account to another, never works. I have to make a manual payment instead. What's the point?

Very buggy and wasting my time with calls
This app is worse than any other banking app I've used. When you try to make a payment the UI is cluttered with fraud warnings. To log in they ask you to give them a random letter of a 16 digit passphrase. You have to go through each letter on login. To set up a new device you need to enter your username and password and then receive a call where you say a number on the screen - this feature doesn't work and the number you say is not recognized by the agent. My account got blocked when making a transaction and I couldn't unblock it any other way than this buggy call. Their fallback for any issues is sending you a letter, which takes more than a week. Would not recommend!!!

eroare tot timpul. se blocheaza aplicatia ... se blicheaza si cardul. azi mi sa blocat iar. no contactles no payments online nothing. i send sms to bank but nobody answer. sooooo 0 stars

Cannot properly maintain address book
Payee cannot have nicknames and therefore greatly limiting the payee list handling. Now the payee list will be messy and difficult to read. It was possible in the past, so I'm not sure what is happening
