Lloyds Bank Mobile Banking - Latest Quality Issues

Even though you can rename an account, when you press "view card details" both of the accounts pop up under the same 'club lloyds' name. This is quite frustrating as it's easy to get the accounts mixed up when sharing details with people etc.

The forced use of BOTs to deal with customers is damned rude
The forced use of BOTs to deal with customers is damned rude. If I send a HUMAN question to my bank, I expect a HUMAN response, not a damned BOT, the forced use of which is displaying a level of contempt for the customer that I find highly offensive, and adds to the increasing reasons for me to find another bank! I asked the bank two questions in the app, and the idiot BOT tried to force me to select an area that I was asking A question about, which was impertinent and not relevant. I should not have to fight challenged automated programming to ask simple questions of my bank!

Account sign-up process generally good but the account switching process has mandatory fields for debit card info so cannot complete as my old current account doesn't have an active debit card. Will have to call the switching department to complete instead as it's the same on the website too. Disappointing.

Not had a problem since 2019, now the recent update is terrible. Over complicated something that didn't need it. I can't even find out where to set up a so. The app is now terrible.

The new font is difficult to read. Please use the default Android system font. Don't overthink it. Other than that, I like the overhauled interface. The font is a major issue though that affects everything else.

Awful new layout. Navigation is quite confusing, readability is bad, and it's very hard to search for old transactions. You need to remember the exact month and year. Also, getting a proof of a specific transaction on mobile is impossible.

Tried paying credit card on line, timed out whilst verifying bank account, then tried app and found it difficult to get to point of payment. Not as straightforward as other bank apps. It's also going in circles so doubt this will go anywhere.
