Crashes
The app updated now every time I open it it stays on the green screen with the horse then closes off

This app wont open after the update and there is nowhere to report it
I have lost mobile banking with this app update as it wont open on the ipad. There is nowhere to report it . If you follow the link on the app store it takes you to a page which says reporting not available. The lloyds website has nowhere either. Lots of app info but nowhere to report a problem. I checked the ios version as lloyds state that anything prior to ios 14 wont work with this app. My ios version should be ok. So in summary this app version doesnt work at all.

It was not possible to open a bank account. When selecting the date of arrival in the UK, the app crashes. Phone: Samsung S22

Change in look, and functionality
Don't really have an opinion on the aesthetic changes in the updated app (horses for courses) … suffice to say it's not as good as Halifax's sister app; but still miles ahead of HSBC's car crash. The card freeze feature was broken in the previous version, but working again now

Doesn’t work any more

Installed latest update and the app crashes after 5 seconds…. Tried half a dozen times with no joy !

Not working
This has been a good app that I have used for years but since the update on 15/12/24 it will not even open. I have deleted and reloaded several times and turned device on and off. Not working so I can't access my accounts. Please sort it out.

Good app
A good app with nice functionality. However , the lack of support for FIDO2 security keys stops me from giving a 5 star. I believe FIDO2 support is must to help Prevent scams.
