This has always been my "go to" app for design, but lately there is always some glitch or bug preventing me from using multiple features. after reading hinges out to developer still not resolved or even a response. I guess after 4 years the search for a new design app begins.

Before it's 2 star but now it's 1 star, the glitch that I report a lot of months ago isn't been fixed for months and it's getting annoying since everytime I pick white background, always turn to the background page and then when I pick a background like gradient or other colors, always says "Exit your work?", yeah I always press cancel but when I try it again, it didn't work! I haven't send them email but I reported this to the developers, he says that clear the cache but it also didn't work!

I'm using a one-time purchase app. This app is very useful for creating banners. However, from about 2~3 days ago, the image is no longer saved in "My Project", where you can save the banner you made. I don't know what kind of problem it is, but I'm in trouble. Please take immediate action.
