The application no longer works. I have deleted it, cleared my cache, reinstalled it and still nothing but a loading screen. If you are on android you can't even go to the actual website. It redirects you back to the app that doesn't work. One star because the app is at least there, unlike the associates at our local Lowes.

Mobile app needs work it won't upload correctly & continuously buffers leaving you frustrated that you even clicked on the app to use it for anything.

Abysmal app that confuses pickup store locations even after an item is ordered. On the homepage it shows a different pickup location being processed than when you go into the order info. So which location is it being processed at? Who knows

External links no longer open product page, just the app. I benefit more from uninstalling the app because then the links will actually open the product page via browser
