ordering on line is fast and easy. shopping in the store is a nightmare. NO customer service, when you can find someone they are dumb as rocks. I'd rather drive 4 miles to Home Depot or take a beating than go shop at the Lowe's store on Broadway Ave in Spokane Valley WA

Insanely buggy
The only thing worse than this app is their website. Login requires a hundred prompts and authentication codes. In store checkin doesn't work and keeps popping up a dialog. Frustrating to use. The app logs out every time I start it. Complete rubbish. Lowe's management should be ashamed for putting this out in the world.

POOR SERVICE
Extremely poor service……. Both Customer Service on the counter & in the aisle. Wasted more than hour & had to order the stuff worth several hundreds of dollars from Amazon…. Awful experience, it was obvious nobody cared for my business. Even the manager didn't come out to listen my complaint. The customer service counter attendant claimed, they were the managers. Someone in the Sales needs to fix this issue, I hope it is an isolated incident. I am resident in the area for the past >40 years.

with the exception of errors during the checkout process and having to close the app completely before being able to proceed the app is really great, being able to submit orders for pickup or delivery is an awesome convenience for days when I don't have time to walk the entire store to find what I need.

latest update broke the app
can not see purchase history and adding a address just keep popping up usps recommends this on a loop. and displays my phone number with a ' above it
