Got app load to phone but app will not open.

Checkout not user friendly.
Everything great until checkout… would not accept my info and let me pay. Then when I became frustrated and hit the pay button multiple times, it billed me for 4 times for the microwave I wanted.. 😡

Unfreeze card option is gone, today I tried to use my card and I had to call to get it unfreezed, the option was taken away in the app, if I cannot control the lock in my card. I will have to cancel the account, I don't want to miss place the card and someone use it, also I don't want to have to call to freeze or unfreeze the card.

... not sure why my bank shows the full amount of my purchase pending and then a second pending amount for store pickup and a third pending amount for the item that ships? So double the amount of purchase is now being held until Lowes releases the extra $132 ... hugh sigh
