A total nightmare
This apps is a total nightmare for booking a plane tickets. If i had no other choice i would have pick another company! When you book a flight and back to another page you can't even process to the payment. And if you connect to many times you can't even have access to your account ! This apps need to be remake from the base, awful! I took 1 hour to use it, break my macbook and get so mad !

I wanna check-in: "Please check your internet connection" If that was a real issue you wouldn't see this review made from the same connection. The app has gotten worse and worse over the years and I now actively hate every interaction with it.

Installed from scratch, entered correct login and password, but never logs in. After entering details, keeps asking login all the time. Completely useless.

Does not connect to bank
Extremely disappointing app. I tried to book flight for the same return flight repeatedly. Once I was trough and tried to pay the app says to connect to the bank. It kept interrupting. Needed to restart the process. On second occasion the price was 5-8% higher. If can be accidental but I had to stop on first day as I was busy. On the other day it was the same, interruption and on second attempt price was higher again. I had to switch from my mobile to a laptop. I do not recommend Lufthansa and Lufthansa app based on this experience. If the flights are as reliable as their app the passengers would be in a huge trouble.

I add a reservation/flight, I get a message that it has been added and nothing appears. And so several times. Problems with logging in, I don't recognize the email provided, it asks for a PIN instead of a password. After one attempt, he "changes his mind" and finally asks for a password. The application is hopeless.
