Really bad customer service and long, long, long waiting times until you get an answer. My account has been blocked due to transfers that I sold the furnishings and a mobile phone was then immediately blocked and they contacted me after many days and now I am waiting for an answer almost for 20 days no answer First I got tips from my friends and relatives to open a lunar account but now I regretted it

They collect all the personal details and reject the application after long process. Do not trust them. Looks scammers.

App itself is good. Works well most of the times. The cost analysis section can use some improvement in my eyes. 3 stars because I'm not a fan of the services. It's a joke that you need to pay 3 dkk for a national transfer. Also the interest rates are quite low compared to some European competitors. What's nice is that, in case you have a digital card, you can free of charge block and order a new card in seconds. Very useful if your data is compromised.

Love it, but…
My over all experience is good with this app. The only gripe I have is that the UX flow (and money flow) between features feels inconsistent. The investment account and the checking account seem to be rather disconnected. I tried selling some ETF and transferring the cash from investment acc to checking acc, the balance of inv acc became 0 and the amount wasn't added to the checking acc. The cash had been “on the way” and this money cannot be seen anywhere on the UI. First off, it's unimaginable that it takes 3 days to move one acc to another *in the same app*. Second, even if this is reasonable given legal or partnership requirements, provide some visual cue on the UI. Eg, add some text that indicates to the user “don't panic your transfer of 678 SEK is in process, is not gone”.
