Once logged out, luno cannot log back in. An invalid token notification always appears. You must clear the application data to be able to log in to the account again.

Missing deposit
Luno is by far the most user Friendly wallet I've used, I've never had any issues until recently, I made a deposit on the 4th of Dec. 2024. I've neither been credited nor refunded, even after submitting bank statements and proof of payment. Yet, the support team keeps telling me to be patient. 2 weeks already, still nothing. Not even a mail to acknowledge the receipt of my proof of payment and bank statements. It's really frustrating, otherwise I would've given 5 star.
