Bad customer service
I was a first time user for luno and transferred some money almost 200 dollars in usdc which they did not support and refused to return my money with some lousy explanations. I have a friend who has done this same mistake on other crypto wallets and have been able to retrieve their money. Simply disappointing.

Until today can't WD, Chat to the admin who replied BOT. He said communication by email after checking the email there was no reply from the admin. There is no solution at all.

Cannot withdraw funds
I really thought this app was great and I used it for years. However, I have recently tried to withdraw my money and have been made to jump through every hoop under the sun. I had a fully verified account and linked bank accounts and yet still I am constantly being asked to update all sorts of security features. They have Meade me change my password, authorize 2 factor authentication, use fingerprint and facial recognition biometrics, send a video of my face, and now they want to call me all to unlock my account so that I can withdraw my funds. Easy to put money in but impossible to get it out.

Worst exchange ever.
Worst exchange ever. Asked too many questions to send your crypto out. What does sending my OWN crypto has to do with this app? What's funnier is, sending crypto out need to have 24 hours processing time. Crypto market with changes every seconds and you have to hold my coins for 24 hours? Leave this app.

BEWARE OF THIS PLATFORM!!! My crypto account with this service provider, that I'd had for some years, was suddenly closed by them and I now have no access to my money left in my wallet. This is theft and completely unacceptable!! The amount more recently invested was the equivalent of not even $300. They imply that closure is due to international terrorism or money laundering?!! I'm a 73 year old bank pensioner on a limited income, hence the small investment involved, who certainly has no international terrorist affiliation and $300 is hardly money laundering!! I find my treatment by this service provider to be absolutely disgraceful and totally unacceptable. Please fellow investors be aware and be warned, if you have big balances here, my strong recommendation is to get out of here as soon as possible and rather invest on a platform that is more respectful of their customers. My previous experience with these people was good. I had no problem with them at all. Suddenly out of the blue, they come up with this lunacy! Please be warned!! If there was a minus rating, then that's where I'd have to be.
