The website is much more dependable than the app. The app glitches quite a bit…Pages don't load and it is slow. I never have the same issues with the website.

This app is an absolute disaster. I can't believe I wasted my time downloading it for a so-called "big sale." From the moment I opened it, I knew something was wrong. This is hands down the worst app I have ever encountered. The app kept crashing every time I tried to browse, when I attempted to make a purchase, it either froze or gave me an error message. Not only was the app incredibly slow, but it also made it impossible to buy anything, which completely defeated the purpose of the sale. This is the kind of app that makes you wonder if the company even cares about customer experience. Forcing people to download it for a sale and then making it impossible to actually buy anything is beyond frustrating. Do yourself a favor and save your time — this app is a complete failure!

It is always complicated to order on the website via a smartphone, the basket does not update according to stock shortages, it is impossible to know which product is concerned and therefore impossible to proceed to payment. Improvements are desirable!

Sales shouldn't be exclusive to apps - What an unfortunate customer shopping experience. The decision to force us loyal fans to exclusively use the app for the one and only sale all year is ill advised as the app was crashing, misfunctioning + not operational. It was hard to shop and support Lush due to severe technical issues.

i still can't shop the freshness sale and receive an error message- i've been trying for 5 days :(

My phone is not compatible to do the latest update 16! So I can not update the app or even view the sale,so therefore I will shop else where!why should I have to buy a new iPhone to view your lush app!

I love Lush but shopping on the app has been such a bad experience :( Nothing ever loads and constantly comes up with error codes.

App has been loaded and deleted twice. Can't change country to Canada. Thought I'd give lush another try after I swore off them due to a previous year's boxing day fiasco. Guess what? I'm making my own bath bombs from now on..

Got directed to the app from the Canadian website while trying to shop, only to then fill up my cart and realize the app was only for US shipping?? Why would you update your Canadian website to that effect if you can't shop as a Canadian on it.
