Steals your money, literally.
As soon as a payment doesn't go through: hop, -2€, -3€. When you add up a few unsuccessful payments like that, you quickly arrive at tens of euros. I switched to revolut, at least they don't take 1 cent when a payment doesn't go through.

Good application
This is a very good app with very friendly services. I only put four because there are some small accessibility issues with the VoiceOver screen reader. This is not prohibitive. Thank you

Incompetent and useless advisors! Worse than BOTS with automatic responses! At Sumeria, they will steal your money with their bugs and they will never reimburse you, even with your claims!

Banned for no reason
I proceeded with my registration normally and I received an email a few hours later to tell me that I was permanently banned from the application. They wouldn't give me a reason.

No phone support in case of problems and blocking of accounts for no reason... I unblocked the situation after dozens of emails and several days of intense unacceptable battle... 😡 Do not invest more than €500 in this bank

Increasingly complex interface
From version to version the interface becomes confusing, incomprehensible, it changes all the time, I am lost with each use. And so I use this account less and less for others that are simpler and more expensive. That's too bad...

Since and lydia has merged with sumeria I have a disconnection problem every three months and I have to spend three days for the problem to be solved I am tired.

The decision to grant or not a credit as well as the conditions for granting it are defined by our credit partners and depend on several criteria, including income and living expenses.
Before granting any credit, the lending institution will inform the borrower of all the terms and conditions of the credit, such as the annual percentage rate of charge (APR) and the repayment terms.
The loans that can be subscribed via the Lydia application have a minimum duration of 90 days and a maximum duration of 36 months. The minimum APR is 13.90% and the maximum APR is 20.79%. In all cases, the APR cannot exceed the usury rate determined by the Banque de France.
